I am a postpartum doula trained by DONA International, a birth doula trained by Cornerstone and a fertility and conception support person trained by Birthing Advocacy. I support all pregnancy choices and birth outcomes across the spectrum of the reproductive cycle. I provide support with lactation, infant feeding and care, sleep, and household tasks. I am trained in supporting planned cesarean section births with a focus on the postpartum experience and I attend spontaneous labor home births. I also host a quarterly parent baby group that is open to the Madison area community.

In my years as a doula I have served a wide variety of family choices including queer and trans families, BIPOC families, single parents by choice, families who utilized gestational surrogates and traditional families. There is no one right way to be a family and no matter your choices- I am here for you!
